Majestys Justices of the peace for this County residing within the
said Hundred to meet together to consider of a fit and proper to be
High Constable of the said Hundred in the place and Stead of
the said John Harnell and to return his name and place of residence
to the Court of the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for
this County on the County Day of the said Session and let notice
of the Meeting to be appointed for the aforesaid purpose be given
to all the Justices of the peace residing in the said Hundred

It is desired that the new High Constable
may be directed to attend the Court on the next
County day to take his Oath of Office

By adjournment Same day

Ordered that a Rate upon this County for £1000 be made
Assessed and levied pursuant to the Statute of the Twelfth of his late
Majesty King George 11 Second

By adjournment Same day

Ordered that the Orders made for preventing Tumults Riots Etc
at the Several places within this County where fairs are held be
delivered to the respective High Constables of the Divisions in which
such fairs are held to be by them properly pasted up and observed
J.H.
