to wit} You are hereby Summoned to personally be and app [..]
before me Robert Elliot< no role > Esq. one of his Majesty's Justices of
the peace for the said City and Liberty at my Office in Cambridge Street [..]
Golden Square on Saturday next at 3 of the clock in the afternoon then
and there to answer the complaint of Edward Wheston< no role > for unlawfully
throwing out filth and Dirt in Old North Street aforesaid on the 11th
day of June and several other days and thereby causing a Nusance
against the Statute Etc Given under my Hand and Seal the 13th day of
June 1777

It appeared to your Committee that Old North Street
Red Lyon Square in the parish of Saint George the Martyr is in the
County of Middlesex and not within the City and Liberties of Westminster

Your Committee further Report that upon consideration [..]
the charges exhibited on the County Day of the last Sessions against
Jonathan Chadwick< no role > Durden Esqr by Edward Bindloss< no role > Esq and
referred to this Committee Your Committee resolved to dismiss the
same

All which facts Your Committee Submit Etc
By adjournment same Day

Whereupon It was Moved that Whereas Sundry Complaints have
been made to this Court charging John Gretton< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for this County with extortion oppression and other
misdemeanour in the execution of his said Office It is ordered and
Resolved that this Court do proceed to the examination of the said
Complaints at the hour of eleven in the forenoon on Thursday the
nineteenth day of February next being the County day of the next Sessi [..]
of the Peace to be holden in and for the said County at the Guildhall
in King Street Westminster and that the said Justice have eight
Days Notice thereof.
