his Majestys Service That his Grace had Immediately dispatched
the said Resolutions in a Letter to the Secretary of the Admirally [..]
praying him to lay the same before the Lords of the Admiralty
for the
Lordships Consideration and directions thereon but that no answer
had been yet returned
