or any five or more of them be a Committee for the purposes of the
foregoing Resolution and they are report their proceedings at the
next General Meeting and that the said Committee do meet
at this place on Wednesday the 25th. day of June Instant at Eleven
O Clock in the forenoon and that they do afterwards adjourn to
and meet at such place and time as to there shall Seem meet

Resolved that the Justices have acted with
propriety and for the Security of the public in not continuing to
sit at Hicks Hall in Consequence of the Representation made
to them of the Ruinous State of the buildilng

Resolved Unanimously that the
thanks of this meeting be Returned to his Grace the Duke of
Northumberland for his Great regard and attention to the
Magistrates of this County and for the permission his Grace
has given them to Sit at the Guildhall Westminster and also for
his Graces obliging attendance this day

Adjourned to the first Thursday
after the Meeting of Parliament
