Care Skill and Attention as well as for the Medicines administerd
by him to the poor prisoners in Tothill fields

same was agreed to unanimously
Sir George Booth< no role >
in his place reported that he and others
of the Committee appointed to inquire after a proper piece of Ground
whereon to Erect a Session House for this County had Cooked at
several pieces of Ground but did not find any suitable to the
purpose
Whereupon it was moved that the Gentlemen in the
Commission of the peace
for this County be summoned pursuant
to the standing order to meet at Hicks Hall
on Monday the 23d Inst.
at the hour of Eleven in the forenoon in order to take into Consideration
the Erection of a new Session house for this County, and the same was agreed
to
A motion was made That the Thanks of this Court be given
to Sir George Booth< no role >
and Colonel Brettell for the Trouble they have
taken in endeavouring to find out a proper place whereon to erect
a Session house for this County; and the same being unanimously
agreed to The Chairman returned the thanks of the Court to Sir
George Booth< no role >
and Colonel Bretell accordingly
The Clerk of the peace reported that his Grace the Duke of
Northumberland
had Transmitted to him the following letter
which his Grace had received from Philip Stephens< no role >

of the Lords of the Admirally in answer to a Letter sent by his Grace
to the Lords of the Admirally in compliance with a Resolution of his
Majestys Justices of the peace
for this County at a general Meeting
held on the 22d. of Novr. last which Letter his Grace desired
might be laid before the Justices

Having laid before my Lords Commissioners of the
Admiralty
Your Graces Letter of the 25th. Ultimo enclosing a Copy of
a Resolution of the Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex
at a
General Meeting held on the 22d. to request Your Grace to apply to
their Lordships to obtain a reward of five Shillings to the Constable
or other Officer who shall apprehend any able bodied Landman
within
the Bills of Mortality upon such able bodied Landman being received
into his Majestys Service I am commanded by their Lordship
