His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty

have met at Guild hall

consequence of a Letter I received from you and that on an Exam [..]
tion of the Act of Parliament regarding the Regulation of the
Haymarket
in the said City and Liberty They find the time
appointed by that Act for an Inquiry into the Accounts of the
Collectors of the said Market is fixed for the Ester Session of the
Justice of the County and City and as the Justices of the peace
the County of Middlesex
are to hold their Easter Session for these
County at Guildhall
in King Street Westminster
on Monday [..]
15th of April next, The Magistrates for the said City and Liberty
will do themselves the pleasure of Meeting them at that place [..]
time to confer with them on the Subject of the Haymarket
and
such Regulations as may be found necessary

It was moved that this Court do approve of this part of the said
Report and the same being agreed to the same was resolved accordingly

being agreed to It is ordered that the said Report be in all [..]
ratified and confirmed and the same is hereby approved ra [..]

And it is further ordered that the said Committee
continue to sit under and do proceed in the execution of the
several orders of Reference to them given
And it was also moved that the thanks of this County
given to the Gentlemen who compose the Haymarket
Committee
for their steady attention to the Interest of the County and their
unremitted Zeal in the Execution of the powers with which the [..]
invested which being agreed to and several of the Gentlemen [..]
present The Chairman in his place returned them the thanks of they
accordingly
