Whereas at this Court Joseph Read< no role > one of the High Constables [..]
the Hundred of Gore hath exhibited his Petition setting forth [..]
he was sworn into the said office on or about the Tenth day of
October 1773 and has duly served the said Office to be best of his
Judgment and ability and is now near sixty four Years of
Age is a farmer and has a large family and humbly pray [..]
to be discharged from the said office and this Court being
satisfied in the Premises and Daniel Wilshen< no role > of Pinn [..]
the said County Gentleman being recommended to this Cou [..]
by two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said [..]
residing and acting for the said Hundred as a fit and
proper person to serve the said Office, This Court doth
hereby appoint the said Daniel Wilshen< no role > to be one of
the High Constables to be within the said Hundred of Go [..]
in the place and Stead of the said Joseph Read< no role > and these
Daniel Wilshen< no role > being now here in his own proper person
in open Court took his Oath for the due Execution of the sa [..]
office and the said Joseph Read< no role > is hereby absolutely disch [..]
from his said Office

residing and Acting in the said Hundred as a fit and pro [..]
