Febry.

Peace for this County as shall please to be present or any three
or more of them as a Committee to Meet together on Monday the
third day of March next to view inspect and examine that part of
the said Bridge which lyes and is within this County and ought to
be repaired and maintained at the Charge of this County and to order
and direct such repairs to be forthwith made as they or any three of
them the said Justices shall find necessary with full power to do
therein as they shall Judge fitting and to Adjourn themselves
and meet as they shall think proper Reporting to the General
Quarter and General Sessions what they shall do or cause to
be done in the Premises And Mr. James Jefferson< no role > who is
hereby Appointed Clerk to the said Committee is required to
Attend the said Justices at such meetings as they shall
Order direct or Appoint And Mr. John White< no role > Cryer of this
Court is hereby directed to give Notice to the Justices herein
before named of the time of meeting to take such View

Vagrant Passes
in Westmr.

On Further Debate of the matter of the Petition of Thomas Drake< no role >
and John Jackson< no role > It is Ordered that the same do Stand Adjourned
until the County day of the next Session And that the Clerk of the
Peace of the City and Liberty of Westminster be and he is hereby
desired to make and return to the said next Session an Abstract of
the Duplicates of Vagrant Passes and Examinations transmitted
to the General Quarter Sessions for the said City and Liberty
in consequence of the proceedings in the said Petition mentioned
for the information and satisfaction of his Majesty's Justices in
the said next General Session and Mr. James Jefferson< no role > Deputy
Clerk of the Peace of this County and of the said City and Liberty
being present doth undertake and agree to lay such Abstract
before the Court accordingly
