during the time he shall continue Governor or Keeper of the said House of
Correction receive for the use of such Clerk of the Peace of any Prisoner or Prisoners
committed or that shall be committed to the said House of Correction
And also
of the said
John Stoddart< no role >
do and shall allow unto the Matron of the said
House of Correction
And also if the said
John Stoddart< no role >
in Case he shall be
displaced or discharged from the said Office or Employment of Governor or
Keeper of the said House of Correction by order of the Justices of the Peace for
the said County of Middlesex
in General Quarter Session or General Session
of the Peace assembled or the greater part of them do and shall forthwith peaceably
deliver up and leave the Possession of the said House of Correction
with the
Appurtenances and the Fixtures Goods and Utensills thereunto belonging
particularly mentioned in the Schedule or Inventory Indorsed hereon and all
other Goods and things which do and shall belong to the said House of Correctn
in good Plight and Condition together with the Prisoners committed to his
Custody
as Governour
or Keeper of the said House of Correction
and then
remaining undischarged and also the Garden therewith used and Enjoyed
in such manner and to such Person or Persons as he shall be required
to do by any order of General Quarter or General Session of the same County
And if the said
John stoddart< no role >
shall continue Keeper or Governor of the said
House of Correction
until the time of his Death then if his Executors or Admorst
do forthwith deliver up the aforesaid fixtures Goods utensills and other things
belonging to the said House of Correction
in good condition as aforesaid together
with all such Prisoners that shall have been committed to the Custody of the
said

or Keeper as aforesaid and shall be then
undischarged in such manner and to such Person or Persons as he she or
they shall be required to do by any such order of Session as aforesaid then
this obligation to be said or else to remain in full force and Virtue
