one of the High Constables
of Edmonton Hundred in the
Room of Louis Royer< no role >

Whereas at the General Session of the Peace holden for this County in the Month
of May last Louis Royer was Nominated High Constable within the Hundred of
Edmonton in the Room of Christopher Cooper< no role > and the said Louis Royer hath now
prayed to be Excused from serving the said Office by reason of his bodily infirmity
This Court doth nominate and Appoint William House< no role > of South Mims in the
said County and Hundred Gentleman High Constable within the said Hundred
and doth Order that he forthwith after Notice hereof take his Oath for the due
Execution of his Office.

and Determine dwers Felonies Trespasses and
other Misdemeanours committed in the same
County.

His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County now Assembled at
this Present General Session of the Peace Do unanimously Elect John
Hawkins Esquire one of His Majestys said Justices to be Chairman of the
General Quarter and General Sessions of the Peace for this County during
the Term of half a year ensuing the end of this Present Session in the room
of Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire the present Chairman And Do Order that the
thanks of this Court be and the same are hereby given to the said Mr. Lane
for his great services done to this County in the prudent Administration
of Justice.

A Petition of Thomas Drake< no role > and John Jackson< no role > and the Order of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster made thereon being
layd before this Court for the Consideration of this Court concerning the same
before Payment of the money prayed by the said Petition and directed by the said
Order to be paid by the Treasurer of this County The Consideration thereof is
referred to a Committee of all His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County
here present and such others as it shall please who are desired to report their
Opinion at the next Session
