included) Also All such Oak as shall be cut into Braces and
Rails and used in the said Repairs at and for the like Rate or
price of four Shillings by the foot cube( Labour included) also
all such oak Piles as shall or may be wanted and used for the
new wharfing from twelve feet to 22 feet in length that may
be about twelve by eight or nine inches at and for the like rate
or price of four Shillings by the foot Cube including Iron Shoes
and all Labour Also all such Oak as shall or may be wanted
for Land Tyes and Braces all Labour and Spikes included
at and for the like Rate or price of four Shillings by the Foot
cube And also all such Oak as shall be wanted for the
Cap Sill or Camp Shot to the Wharf or for Land Tyes Braces
or any other Scantling that shall or may be wanted and
used in or about the said Repairs and not in herein provided
for at and for the like rate or price of four Shillings by the
Foot Cube work and Labour included All which said
Materials and Work shall be surveyed and measured by
the said Boulton Mainwaring< no role > or such other Surveyor as the
said Justices shall appoint And the said Francis
Buskin
< no role > for himself his Executors and administrators doth
further Covenant Contract promise and agree to and with the
said John Hawkins< no role > Sir Henry Cheere< no role > George Errington< no role >
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Benjamin Cowley< no role > their Executors
and administrators by these presents that all and every
part of the said Repairs and work necessary to be done and
performed shall be done Executed performed compleated and
finished in the best Workman like and substantial manner
and of and with the best materials of every kind And all the
Timber cut square without Sap or Wain under the direction and
inspection and to the satisfaction of the said Boulton Mainwaring< no role >
or such other Surveyor as shall be appointed as aforesaid And
that if any Materials of any sort or kind shall at any time be
brought to or upon the said Bridge or Wharfe to be used in or
about the said Repairs which in the Judgment of such Surveyor
shall not be good and fit for the use intended that then and
in every such case the same shall not be used in the said Work
