nine Shillings and nine Pence was found due to the Said Mary
Whitehead upon the Said Account for the aforesaid Bread, which
Account is Supposed to be left on Mislaid and cannot at present be
be found, And the Said Mary Whitehead< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. praying that the Said Sum
of Nine Pounds nine Shillings & nine pence may be paid unto her
It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay the Said Sum unto the Said Mary Whitehead< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. for
the aforesaid Bread And that he be allowed the Same upon his
Account.

By Adjornment on Wednesday the 19th. day of October. 1743 .

Order concerning the buying
twelve new black leather
bottemed Chairs,and doing
Some Repairs at Hicks
Hall.}

Information being given unto this Court by John Allon< no role > Francis Row< no role >
and John Pouson< no role > Elymris Three of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of this
County that it is requisite & necessary that twelve now [..] haths [..]
Chairs should be ought, and the Chairs in the Great Dining Room at Hicks
Hall Should be [..] for the better Accomodation of the Justices of the Peace
of the Said County, And the Cocks & leaden Pipe in the Wash house at
Hicks Hall [..] or put in repair and that the Stores in the Kitchen there
Should be repaired and that T [..] es Should or put in the back where
wanting, And that the Offices of the two Clerks of the Indictments in the
Court Yard at Hicks Hall should be ripped all over new hled And
that the Seat of Mr. John Higgs< no role > one of the said Clerks of Indictments in his
Said Office Snomd or raised half a Foot and lined all over; and a
Stone Archways should by laid down at the Door and along the Side
of his Seat for the Water to run under for the Conveniency of the Suit [..]
of the Court to Stand dry It is Ordered by this Court that the
Said twelve new black leather bottomed Chairs be bought, and heat
the Chairs in the Said Great Dining Room be we [..] amended And
that the Said Cocks & leaden Pipe in the Said Wasnnous [..] and mesiseiss
in the Kitchen be well repaired and Tiles put in at the back where wanting
And that the aforesaid Offices of the Said two Clerks of [..] Indictments be
well & Sufficiently repaired & amended in Such manner as is above Specified
and that Some proper Workman or Workmen be employed for doing the Said
Repairs And after it be made appear to the Court what the Charge of the Said
twelve new Chairs, and doing the aforesaid Repairs respectively doth amount
unto, the Court will give Direction touching the payment thereof
