the Said Mr. Dunnes Bill amounting to One Thousand three
hundred and four Pounds eighteen Shillings and two pence one
farthing And the Said Mr. Dunne having reced of the Treasurer
the Sum of One Thousand and eleven Pounds, which being added
to the Sum of fifty four Pounds and eight Shillings paid by Mr.
Marquand to Mr. Dunne making together the Sum of One Thousand
Sixty five Pounds and eight Shillings, which being deducted out
of the Sum of One Thousand three hundred and four Pounds eight-
-een Shillings and two pence one farthing there remains due to the
Said Mr. Dunne from this County the Sum of two hundred thirty nine
Pounds ten Shillings and two pence one farthing, which is in full
of all Demands due from this County to the Contractors for rebuilding
of the Said Brentford Bridge (except what is mentioned in Said
Mr. Marquand's Petition to the Court of last Sessions which the
Committee referrs to this Court to do therein as the Court shall
think most proper, All which the Committee humbly Submitted
This Court upon reading the Said Report Doth approve of
the Same And doth Order that the Said Report and the Matters
thereby Stated and adjusted be ratifyed and confirmed and the Same
are hereby ratifyed and confirmed accordingly. And that the said
Sum of Two hundred thirty nine Pounds ten Shillings & two
pence one farthing be paid by the Treasurer of this County to the
sd. Mr. Dunne whose rect. together with this Order Shall be a
Sufficient Discharge to the sd. Treasurer for Such Payment.
