recomended and referred unto the Committee of his Majestys
Justices of the peace of this County formerly appointed to take
care and give directions concerning the new building the Said
Bridge or any three of them to consider what Sum of
money is in their Judgment fit and proper to be allowed
to the Said Mr. Labelye as a gratuity and Compensation
for his time & trouble in designing & conducting the
building the Said Bridge and his attendances aforesaid
over & above his charges above mentioned, And to make
their Report in writing touching the premisses unto the
Court of Sessions of the peace for this County.

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 9th. day of September 1742

Order concerning Mrs.
Hunsdon residing
near Brentford Bridge }

This Court being informed that one Mrs.Hunsdon< no role >
hath complained of her being incomoded or dampnifyed
in respect of her house near Brentford Bridge by the new
building of the Same Bridge in a different manner from
the Old Bridge Doth Order that it be And It is hereby
recomended & referred unto James Clitherow< no role > Esquire one
of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County to Settle and
make an end of the Said affair with the Said Mrs. Hunsdon< no role >
in Such manner as to him Shall Seem reasonable &
just.

Order for a Plan to be
Drawn of the Footway
or Passage near the
Corporation Workhouse
at Clerkenwell , and for
the Treasurer to pay &
be allowed the charge
thereof, and for the
Committee to meet Etc}

Whereas by an Order of General Sessions of the peace for this
County of the third day of June last It was referred unto a
Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace for the Said County
therein mentioned to take a View of a Footway or passage
leading from the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this
County to the further corner of the Corporation Workhouse at
Clerkenwell aforesaid being part of the Estate belonging to the
Said County and from thence to Some other houses, (which
Footway or passage had been attempted to be made use of
as a comon or publick way for [..] coaches carts or other
carriages to pass & repass along the Same) And to consider
what proper method might be taken to prevent the Same
from being so used, And the Said Committee not having
yet made any Report concerning the Said matter, It is Ordered
