by this Court that the making of the Said Report be adjorned
And that the Said Committee do meet again concerning the
Said matter at the Dwelling house of the Said House of
Correction at Such time as they Shall in that behalf appoint,
And It is hereby referred unto Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County to procure a plan to be drawn of the Footway
or Passage above mentioned for the more ready information
of his Maties Justices of the peace to be assembled in Sessions
as to the matters in question concerning the Same, And the
Said Mr. Higgs is to pay the charge of preparing the Said Plan,
and to be allowed the Same upon his account, which
Committee is desired to make their Report touching the
premisses unto the Court of Sessions of the peace for this
County.
