the said John Mist< no role > and intituled to receive the same and also
untill the Court of General Quarter or General Sessions of the
Peace for this County shall give Order touching the said Treares
Payment thereof, And it is hereby referred unto the Committee
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for stating and adjusting the
publick Accounts of the said County or any three of them to
examine what Person or Persons is or are the legal Represen
-tative or Representatives of the said John Mist< no role > and to cause
such Inquiry to be made as they shall think proper in order
to have a certain Account thereof, and to report the same
unto this Court.

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 29th. day of April 1742

Bakers alternately to
provide bread for releif
of Prisoners in the House
of Correction at Clerkenwell
(to wit) one Penny worth< no role >
of Bread a day for each
Prisoner and to be paid for
by the Treasurer }

Whereas by an Order made at the last General Quarter Session
of the peace holden for the County of Middx by Adjornment on
Thursday the fourteenth day of January last It was (amongst
other things) Ordered that one penny worth of bread should
be allowed and distributed every day to each prisoner in
the House of Correction at Clerkenwell for his or her releif
& Subsistance dureing his or her confinement there, in
Stead of one penny a day in money formerly directed to be
allowed to each prisoner for releif & Subsistance, It is now
Ordered by this Court that Mr. Samuel Jaycock< no role > of Clerkenwell
Baker & Mrs. Mary Whitehead< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. widow of Cow cross in the parish
of St. Sepulchre Baker be employed alternately to bake and
provide one penny worth of bread every day for each
Prisoner in the Said House of Correction , as followeth, (to wit)
that the Said Samuel Jaycock< no role > do from friday in this present
Quarter Sessions untill friday in the next General Sessions of
the peace being the fourth day of June next inclusive and
also from Friday in every ensuing Quarter Sessions untill
the friday in every next General Sessions of the peace for the
Said County (untill further Order of the Court to the contrary)
bake and provide one penny worth of bread every day for each
Prisoner in the Said House of Correction , And It is also Ordered
by this Court that the Said Mary Whitehead< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. do from Friday in
the next General Sessions of the peace being the Said fourth
day of June next untill Friday in the next Quarter Sessions
inclusive and also from friday in every ensuing General
Sessions untill the Friday inclusive in every Quarter Sessions
afterwards (untill further Order of the Court to the contrary)
bake and provide one penny worth of bread every day for
