Esquires or any three or more of them to meet together,
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the Said County on
Tuesday the thirty first day of August next at Nine of the
clock in the forenoon to State & adjust the Accounts of
Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County of moneys by him
received and paid as Treasurer of the Said County, And to
report a State of the Said Accounts unto the Court of Sessions
of the peace for this County.

the Duke of Newcastle to
the Justices}

Information being given unto this Court by Mr. Thomas
Northcote House Keeper of Hicks Hall that he paid the Sum of
Seven Shillings for the carriage of two Bucks of Venison
presented by the Duke of Newcastle this present July Sessions
to the Justices of the peace of Middx from Windsor Little Park
to London, And praying that he may be repaid the Same,
It is Ordered by this Court that the Said Sum be repaid by the
Clerk of the peace of this County out of the Colt money unto
the Said Mr. Northcote, whose receipt Shall be a discharged to
the Said Clerk of the peace for Such payment.
