The above mentioned Assessment upon the Places in the
Liberty of the Tower is, as followeth,
The Liberty of the Tower within£0.2s.10d
The Liberty of the Tower without£1.1s.4d
The Liberty of the old Artillery Ground £2.13s.11d
The Parish of Trinity Minories £1.14s.0d
£5.12s.1d

By Adjornmt on Thursday 29th day of April 1742 .

Order for the high Consta
-ble of Holborn Division
to receivs & levy the
County Rate money
in arrear.

Information being given unto this Court that
several Sums of money assessed by an Order or Orders
of general Quarter Sessions of the Peace of this County made
by vertue of the Late Act of Parliament for the more
easy assessing collecting and levying to County Rates are
still in Arrear and unreceived from several Parishes
and Places in Holborn Division within the Hundred of
Ossulston in the said County which ought to have been
long since paid by the Church Wardens or Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parishes and Places unto John Wilson< no role >
Gent high Constable of the said Division for the purposes
mentioned in the said Act, It is Ordered by this Court
that the said high Constable do use his utmost endeavours
to receive the Arrears of the several Sums of money
assessed as aforesaid of the respective Persons who ought to
pay the same, And in case they shall refuse Payment
thereof Then to apply to two or more Justices of the Peace
for this County residing in the said Division and to give
them an Account of the respective Sums of money so in
arrear, And desire that they will please to grant their
Warrant of Distress for levying the same.
