By Adjornment on Thursday the third of December 1741

Order appointing a Committee
to inspect the Laws relating
to Vagrants & Vagabonds Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto the Committee of his Majesty< no role > 's
Justices of the Peace of this County (appointed to state and
adjust the publick Accounts of the said County) and particularly
unto Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . Sr Henry Fetherston< no role > Bart. John
Milner Robert Hucks< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Robert Paul< no role >
Samuel Taten< no role > Robert Tothill< no role > Roger Conings< no role > by John
Poulson John Eilliot Peter Guerin Henry Trent William
Miller James Gronous Merry Teshmaker & George
Bourne Esquire and such other Justices of the peace
at any three of themas shall think fit to be present or
any three of them to meet together at Hicks hall in St.
John Street in this Country of Fryday the eleventh day
of December instant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon
and at such other Times as they shall in this behalf
appoint to inspect the two last Acts of Parliament and
the former Laws relating to Vagrants, and Vagabonds,
and also the Laws relating to the Poor, And let Notice
of the said Meetings be given by the Cryer or his Depty
to the Aforesaid Justices of the Peace,

By Adjournment On Thursday 3d day of Dec 1741

Order for two Stevens
to be provided for the Great
Dineing Room at Hicks hall
and for Mr Higgs the Trearer
to pay for the same.

His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
assembled at this present Sessions of the Peace holden for the
said County taking Notice that they are much incomoled
by the Wind comeing in at the two Doors of the Great
Dineing Room at Hicks Hall in St John Street in the
said County Do hereby Order that two good convenient
and substantial skreens be provided for the accommodation
of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace and to protect them
from the wind comeing in at the two Doors of the Dineing
room aforesaid, And that the charge of the said two skreens
be paid for by Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County and
be allowed to him upon his Account.
