west end of the Said new intended Bridge, with a causeway
or pavement from thence leading into the King's highway,
And to know what consideration will be accepted for Such
purchase, And also to proceed in settleing the Articles with the
workmen for new building the Said Bridge, And to make
their Report in writing touching the premisses to the Court
of the next General Session of the peace to be holden for this
County on the County day of the Same Session.

& releiving of Vagabonds,
And to report Etc}

It is Ordered by this Court (as it hath been formerly Ordered) that
it be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto the
Committee of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace for this County
(appointed to inspect & adjust the publick Accounts of the Said
County) or any three of them to peruse & inspect the Accounts
of Peter Creswell< no role > deceased late Keeper of the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell in the Said County for the passing & releiving of
Vagabonds Since the first day of November 1740. and also the
Accounts of Walter Brett< no role > Keeper of the House of Correction at
Westminster for the passing & releiving of Vagabonds Since
the fourth day of the Same Month of November 1740 in
pursuance of the late Act of Parliament in Such case
made, and the papers & vouchers of the Said Keepers, And
to consider & adjust what Sum or Sums of money are fit &
reasonable to be allowed to the Said Keepers respectively on
account of their passing & releiving of Vagabonds in
obedience to the Said Act, And to make their Report in
writing touching the premisses to the Court of General or
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County.

Advertisement that the
house called the Mulberry
Garden with the appurts.
at Clerkenwell is to be
let and that the charge
of printing Such
Advertisement be paid
for by Mr. Higgs the
Treasurer }

It is Ordered by this Court that Notice be printed in the
London Gazett That a house called or known by the Name
of the Mulberry Tree< no role > or Mulberry Garden , with the Garden
and appurtenances thereunto belonging Stituate & being
near Corporation Walk in the parish of St. James
Clerkenwell in Middx (being an Estate belonging to his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the Said County) is to be
let, And that a Committee of the Said Justices are to meet,
about letting the Same, at Hicks hall in St. John Street on
Thursday the Seventh day of May next at ten of the
