persons,(who are willing to take a lease of the premisses)
may then treat, and diliver in their proposalls in writing
for that purpose, And this Court doth Order that the charge
of printing the Said Advertisement be paid by Mr. Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of the Said County out of the Rents of the Estate
belonging to the Same County, and be allowed to him upon
his Account.

Mulberry Garden with
the appurts at
Clerkenwell }

Whereas the Lease of a house called or known by the Name
of the Mulberry Tree< no role > or Mulberry Garden , with the Garden
& appurtences thereunto belonging, situate & being near
Corporation walk in the parish of St. James Clerkenwell in
this County (being an Estate belonging to his Majesty< no role > 's
Justices of the peace for the Said County) formerly granted
to James Baynham< no role > and now vested in Mr. Samuel
Handley or in Some person or persons In trust for him, will
expire at Lady day 1742 And whereas the present Tenants
of part of the Corporation workhouse at Clerkenwell and of
the Buildings and appurtences thereunto belonging
(being another Estate belonging to the Said Justices of the
peace) or Some person or persons on behalf of the Said
Tenants have brought in a proposall in writing for
taking a lease of the Said house & premisses called The
Mulberry Tree< no role > or Mulberry Garden , And an Order of sessions
having been formerly made that one Months notice be
given in the London Gazett (before any Order of Sessions be
made for granting a lease of any estate belonging to the
Justices of the peace of this County) that Such Estate is to be let,
And this Court having already Ordered that Notice be given in
the London Gazett that the Said House & premisses called The
Mulberry Tree< no role > or Mulberry Garden< no role > are to be let, And that a
Committee of Justices of the peace are tobemeet for that
purpose at Hicks hall on the Seventh day of May next, It is
Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby recomended
and referred unto the Committee of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of
the peace for this County for inspecting & adjusting the
publick Accounts of the Same County herein after named
(to wit) Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire the right honble. the Lord
