Sum and Sums of money as have been or shall be
imposed and Set for any Fine or Fines by any of the Justices
of the peace for the Said County assembled at any of their
General or General Quarter sessions of the peace holden
or to be holden within the Said County on any prisoner or
prisoners comitted or to be comitted to the Custody of the
Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > as Keeper or Governor of the Said
House of Correction for any offence or offences by them
comitted and which shall or without his or their wilfull
default may at any time or times be received by him or
his Servant or Servants during such time as the Said
Henry Wallbanck< no role > shall continue Governor or Keeper of the
Said House of Correction And also that he the Said Henry
Wallbanck his Executors or Administrators do and shall
likewise well & truely account with and pay or cause to
be paid unto the Clerk of the peace of the Said County, for the
time being, or his Deputy all Such Fees as the Said Henry
Wallbanck or his respective Servant or Servants Shall or
without his or their wilfull default may during the time
he shall continue Governor or Keeper of the Said House of
Correction receive for the use of Such Clerk of the peace of any
prisoner or prisoners comitted or to be comitted to the Said
House of Correction , And also allow unto the Matron of the
Said House of Correction for the time being the Apartment
therein formerly allowed to the Matrons thereof,And that
in Case the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > shall be displaced and
discharged from the Said Office or Employment of Governor
or Keeper of the Said House of Correction by order of the
Justices of the peace for the Said county to be assembled in
their General Quarter or General Sessions or the Major Part
of them That then he the Said Henry Wallbanck< no role > shall
forthwith peaceably deliver up and quitt the possession
of the Said House of Correction with the Appurtenances
and the Goods & utensills belonging to the Said County
being in the Said House of Correction which shall be
Specifyed in the Inventory or Account comprized or
written under the Condition of the Bond herein after
mentioned, to which Inventory or account the Said
Henry Wallbanck< no role > is to Subscribe his Name, and also all
Such other goods & utensills as shall hereafter be bought
