unto this Court setting forth That he hath served the office of
high Constable
within the said Hundred for upwards of three
years, And praying that this Court would discharge him
from the said Office, This Court being Satisfyed of the truth
of the Premisses Doth appoint

within the Said Hundred of Gore in the Stead and
Place of the said

this Court Settingforth that he hath served the Office of high Constable
within the Hundred of Elthorn
in this County for upwards of two
years last pass, And that the said Office being Very prejudicial to the
Petr. in his own busyness he prayed that this Court would discharge
him there from and appoint some other person to Succeed him,
This Court being of opinion to appoint another high Constable
in his Stead doth appoint
