Whereas Richard Page< no role > high Constable within the Hundred
of Gore in this County hath exhibited his humble Petition
unto this Court setting forth That he hath served the office of
high Constable within the said Hundred for upwards of three
years, And praying that this Court would discharge him
from the said Office, This Court being Satisfyed of the truth
of the Premisses Doth appoint Philip Aldwin< no role > of Pinner
within the said Hundred in this County Gent to be high
Constable within the Said Hundred of Gore in the Stead and
Place of the said Richard Page< no role > , And doth Order that the said
Philip Aldwin< no role > do forthwith (after notice of this Order) attend
Joseph Taylor< no role > & Thomas Moore< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty< no role > 's
Justices of the peace for this County residing within the said
Hundred or one of them or some other Justice of the peace
for the said County residing in or near the Same Hundred,
And forthwith take his Oath before the Said two Justices or
one of them or other Justice as aforesaid for his due Execution
of the Office of high Constable within the said Hundred of
Gore, And from & after the time of his [..] having taken
Such Oath the Said Richard Page< no role > is to Stand absolutely
discharged from his said Office of high Constable.

Hundred of Elthorn in the
Stead & place of Mr. Thos.
London }

Whereas Thomas London< no role > hath exhibited his humble Petition Unto
this Court Settingforth that he hath served the Office of high Constable
within the Hundred of Elthorn in this County for upwards of two
years last pass, And that the said Office being Very prejudicial to the
Petr. in his own busyness he prayed that this Court would discharge
him there from and appoint some other person to Succeed him,
This Court being of opinion to appoint another high Constable
in his Stead doth appoint Joseph Jennings< no role > of the Town of New
Brentford within the said Hundred of Elthorn in this County Gent
to be high Constable within the same Hundred in the Stead &
place of the said Thomas London< no role > , And doth Order that the said
Joseph Jennings< no role > do forthwith (after notice of this Order) attend
James Clitherow< no role > John Venner< no role > and Richard Bulstrode< no role > Esquires
three of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County residing in or near
the said Hundred or one of them or some other Justice of the peace for
the said County residing in or near the same Hundred, and forthwith
before the said three Justices or one of them or other Justice as aforesaid
take his Oath for his due Execution of the Office of high Constable
within the Hundred of Elthorn aforesaid, And from & after the time
of his having taken Such Oath the said Thomas London< no role > is to
Stand absolutely discharged from being high Constable within
the same Hundred.
