this Order in due Strict Execution And the Lords
Commissioners of his Majesty's Treasury are to give the
necessary Directions to the Commissioners of his Majesty's
Customs accordingly. And their Excellencies have thought
fit, by and with the Advice of his Majesty's Privy Council, to
order that the Custodes Rotulorum of the Several County's
and Divisions in England and Wales, do recommend it in
the Strongest Manner to the Justices of the peace in their
respective Places and Jurisdictions, cause the Said Act of the
fifth and Sixth of Edward the Sixth, and all other the Laws
against the Forestalling, Regrating, and Ingrossing Corn &
Grain, to be Speedily and effectually carried into Execution,
and that they do take care that no Licence be granted to
any Badger, Lader, Kidder, Carrier, or Buyer of Corn or Grain,
but according to the Directions of the Said Act of the Fifth &
Sixth of Edward the Sixth, and other the Acts relating
thereto, and that they take care that all Offenders against
the Said Acts be effectually prosecuted according to Law.

I Send you herewith a Copy of an Order of Council dated
the 26th. Day of June, by which the Custodes Rotulorum of the
Several Counties and Divisions in England and Wales, are
directed to recommend it in the Strongest manner to the
Justices of the Peace in their Several Counties and Divisions,
that they do in their respective Places and Jurisdictions, cause the
Acts of the 5th. and 6th. of Edwd. 6th. which are particularly recited
in the Said Order and all other the Laws against the Forestalling
Regrating and Ingrossing Corn and Grain, to be Speedily and
Effectually carried into Execution, and that they do take Care that
no Licence be granted to any, Badger, Lader, Kidder, Carryer or
Buyer of Corn or Grain, but according to the Directions of the
Said Act of the 5th. & 6th. of Edwd. 6th. and other the Acts, relating
thereto, and that they take care that all offenders against the

And Jam to desire, that you would lay the Same before the
Justices of the peace , for the County of Middlesex That it may
be effecutally complyed with
