be and they are hereby added to and appointed to be of
the Committee of Justices of the peace for the Said County
appointed to inspect and adjust the publick Accounts of
the Same County.

This Court being of opinion that it is necessary that the
Accounts of Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County
concerning the moneys by him received as Treasurer and
his payments & disbursments out of the Same, Should be
inspected & adjusted to the end that it may appear what
moneys is remaining in his hands, It is Ordered by this
Court that it be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto
the Committee of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for this
County (appointed to inspect & adjust the publick Accounts
of the Said County) herein after named (to wit) Thomas

hall in St. John Street in this County on Thursday the
twenty eighth day of August next at Nine of the clock in
the forenoon and at Such other times as they Shall in this
behalf appoint, to inspect and adjust the aforesaid Accounts
of the Said Treasurer as to the moneys by him received as
Treasurer and his disbursments thereout, from the ending
of the respective Accounts relating to this County as Stated
in the Report of the Committee of the honble. House of
Commons, And for that purpose the Said Treasurer is to
