Justices of the peace of
Middx concerning the
Hay Market }

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Mist< no role > paviour do
attend Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esqr . & others of his Maties
Justices of the peace of this County of the Committee
concerning the repairing & keeping in repair the
Hay Market in the parishes of St. Martin in the fields &
St. James Westminster in the Said County, on Monday
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon at George's
Coffee house at the upper end of the Hay Market in
Order to view and see if the Said Hay-Market is kept
in good & Sufficient repair as the said Mr. Mist hath
by his contract, in that behalf made, agreed to do.

A Bond was given by Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqr , House keeper of Hicks hall and
Cryer of the Sessions of the peace for Middx dated the twenty Second day of
March 1736 unto Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . John Crosse< no role > Esqr . & Robert Hucks< no role > Esqr.
Justices of the peace of Middx in the penal Sum of £500. for his
preservtion and answering the goods belonging to the Said County,
and for his performance of the residue of the Condition expressed in his
Order of Appointment, An Inventory & account of which goods is
written under neath the Condition of the Said Bond, and is also herein
after entred.

Middx An Inventory & Account of the Goods belonging to the
County of Middx at the Sessions house called Hicks Hall in St.
John Street .

One large Stove grate

A Bell cord & pulley
Five Umbrellas for five Windows
Two locks to the two doors with keys.

One large Oval Table with a blew

Seven chairs with leather bottoms
Five chairs with Turkey work bottoms
One Stove grate, and Fender with Fire
Shovelpoker & tongs
Another Picture of Sr. Baptist Hicks
Seven Brass peggs for hats
two locks to the two doors with keys

In the closset between the two Dineing Rooms
Six Shelves

In the little Closset in the lesser Dineing Room
Four Shelves
One lock & a key to the closset Door
