Office or place of Cryer and Such busyness as hath
been heretofore usually done and performed by the
Cryer of the General Quarter & General Sessions of
the peace for this County, And that he the Said
Andrew Osborne< no role > Shall & will forthwith peaceably &
quietly Surrender & yeild up his Said Office or place of
Cryer (in case he Shall be displaced or removed from
thence) to the Justices of the peace of this County or to
Such person and in Such manner as they in their
General Quarter or General Sessions Shall in that
behalf appoint, For the performance of which
Condition he the Said Andrew Osborne< no role > is to enter
into a Bond in the penal Sum of five hundred
pounds unto Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . John Cross< no role > Esqr . and
Robert Hucks< no role > Esqr . Justices of the peace of this County,
And this Court doth Order that the terms above
mentioned Shall be observed as a Standing Order
of Court as to Such Officers to be Elected & appointed
by the Court of General Quarter or General Sessions
of the peace for the Said County.

Stead of Mr. Wm.
Smyth}

Upon reading the humble petition of William Smyth< no role >
high Constable of the Hundred of Isleworth in this County
exhibited unto this Court Setting forth That he hath
for the Space of three years and upwards executed the
Office of high Constable for the Said Hundred And
praying that this Court will please to discharge him
from the Said Office, and to appoint Some fit & able
person in his Stead, This Court being Satisfyed of the
truth of the premisses, and being of opinion to
discharge the Said William Smyth< no role > from the said
Office, Doth appoint Edward Reeves< no role > of the parish of
Twickenham within the Said Hundred of Isleworth
in this County Gent to be high Constable of the Same
Hundred in the Stead & place of the Said William
Smyth, And doth order that the Said Edward
Reeves do immediately (after notice of this order)
