being therefore become very prejudicial to him in his
own affaires the Petr. prayed this Court would beplease
to discharge him from the said Office, This Court on
hearing of James Clitherow< no role > Esqr . one of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County residing within the
Said Hundred being Satisfyed of the truth of the premisses
Doth appoint Thomas London< no role > of New Brentford within
the Said Hundred in this County Gent to be high Constable
within the Said Hundred of Elthorn in the Stead & place
of the Said Gideon Sanders< no role > , And doth Order that the Said
Thomas London< no role > do immediatly (after notice of this
Order attend the said James Clitherow< no role > Esqr . & John
Tarver Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County residing within the Said Hundred or one of them or
Some other Justice of the peace for this County residing in
or near the same Hundred, And take his Oath before the
Said Justices or one of them or other Justice of the peace
for his due Execution of the Office of high Constable
within the Said Hundred, And from & after the time of
his having taken Such Oath the Said Gideon Sanders< no role > is
to Stand discharged from his Said Office of high Constable.

Whereas It appeareth to this Court by the Report of the Committee of the honble.
House of Commons appointed by the Same House to examine into the
allegations contained in a petition of complaint which was preferred to
the Said honble. House against the Justices of the peace of this County that the Sum
of three pounds eight Shillings & Six pence is remaining in the hands of
Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqr . formerly Treasurer of moneys raised fot the passing &
releiving of Vagrants, It is Ordered by this Court that the Said Mr. Osborne to
forthwith pay the Said Sum of three pounds eight Shillings and Six
pence unto John Higgs< no role > Gent Treasurer of the Said County, whose receipt
Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Osborne for such payment, And
this Court being now informed by the Said Mr. Higgs that Mr. Richard Phillips< no role >
Printer hath delivered in a bill of two pounds and two Shillings.. as due
to him for printing five hundred Orders of General Quarter Sessions of the
peace of this County made for Settleing the rates & prices for passing & releiving
of Vagrants and for paper for the Same Orders, And the Said Mr. Phillips praying
that the said Sum of two pounds and two Shillings may be paid unto him, It is
further Ordered by this Court that the Said Mr. Higgs do out of the Said Money
directed to be paid to him by the Said Mr. Osborne pay the Said [..]
Sum of two pounds and two Shillings to the Said Richard Phillips< no role > in full of his
Said demand whose receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the Said Mr. Higgs for Such payment, And the Sum of one pound Six
Shillings & Six pence being the remainder of the Said Sum of three pounds
eight Shillings & Six pence is to be Subject to the Order of the Court of General
Quarter or General Sessions of the Peace for this County touching the disposall
thereof.
