Treasurer of the moneys to be raised by Vertue of the Said
Rate (after his receipt of Sufficient moneys for that
purpose) unto Such person or persons to be employed to
do the Said repaires as the Said Justices of the peace or any
three or more of them Shall by writing under their
hands in that behalf Order & direct, which the Said
Treasurer is hereby required to pay accordingly, And the
receipt or receipt of the person or persons So authorized
to receive the Same Shall be a Sufficient discharge or
discharges to the Said Treasurer for Such payment or
payments, And the Said Committee is desired to certify
an account by writing under their hands of their
proceedings in relation to the premisses, and how the
Said repaires Shall have been done & performed to the
Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace
for this County after the compleating and finishing of
the Same, And the Said Treasurer is to lay an account
of what moneys he Shall receive by vertue of the Said
Rate and of his payments out of the Same before the
Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County appointed to take the accounts of the Treasurers
of the Said County who are desired to inspect and report
a State of the Said account to the Court of General
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County.
