It is Ordered by this Court that Ferdinand Springall< no role > Henry
Norris Benjamin< no role > Burroughs Samuel< no role > Tatem Nathaniel< no role >
Chandler & John Elliott< no role > This name instance is in set 3963. Esqrs . Six of his Maties Justices of the peace
of this County be added to and they are hereby appointed to
be of the Committee of the Justices of the peace for the Said
County appointed by a former Order of Court to take the
Accounts of the Treasurers of this County and other persons
who are Accountants.

Upon reading the Report of John Martin< no role > Alexander Garrett< no role > and
Anthony Chamberlain< no role > Esquires being a Quorum of the
Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County
appointed to take the Accounts of the Treasurers & high
Constables of the said County, and also appointed by Order of
Court to examin into the contents of the petition of William
Nicholls
< no role > one of high Constables for the Hundred of Spelthorn ,
whereby he Settforth that he hath paid to Severall Petty
Constables the Sum of Seven pounds three Shillings & Six pence,
as appears by Several Accounts, Certificates & receipts, which
mention the particular Sums So paid to be for the passing of
Vagrants which Sum of Seven pounds three Shillings &
Six pence he prayed might be allowed to him out of the
moneys by him received upon the Vagrant Rate, It
appeareth to this Court by the Said Report that the Said
Committee of Justices examined into the truth of the Said
petition And they thereby Certify that it appeared unto
them by Certificates that the Petr. hath paid to Several
Petty Constables in his Division (as appeared by receipts
under their hands) the Sum of Seven pounds three Shillings
& Six pence, And that he ought to be allowed the Same
in his Accounts, This Court upon consideration had of
the Said Report doth agree to the same, And doth Order
that the said Sum of Seven pounds three Shillings &
Six pence be allowed to the Petr. upon his Account.
