His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
now assembled at this present General Sessions of the
peace holden for the Said County Do elect and continue
Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . to be Chairman of the General
Quarter and General Sessions of the peace to be holden
for the Same County between Michaelmas one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six and Easter
then next ensueing.

of the parish of Enfield
high Constable within the
Hundred of Edmonton }

His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
now assembled at this present General Session of the
peace holden for the Said County doe hereby appoint
James Flexman< no role > of the parish of Enfield within the
Hundred of Edmonton in the Said County Gent to be
high Constable within the Same Hundred in the place
& Stead of Henry Mackris< no role > Gent deced late high Constable
within the Said Hundred, And do hereby Order that the
Said James Flexam< no role > do forthwith (after notice of this
Order) attend George Bourne< no role > Esquire one of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the Said County or Some other
Justice of the peace for the Said County residing within
the Same Hundred And take his Oath before the Said
George Bourne< no role > Esqr . or other Justice of the peace residing
within the Same Hundred for his due Execution of the
Office of high Constable within the Hundred of
Edmonton aforesaid,

It is Ordered by this Court that John Higgs< no role > Gent Treasurer of
the moneys raised in this County to defray the expence
of passing & releiving of Vagrants Do thereout pay unto
William Ellis< no role > late petty Constable of Southmims in the
Said County the Sum of fifteen pounds for the Salary
allowed to him for his trouble & expences in passing,
conveying & maintaining of Vagrants for half a
