Order for ingrossing a
Surrejoynder of the
Justices of the peace to a
Rejoynder put in by
Tho: Robe< no role > Esqr . to be left
with the Secretary of
the Comissions to the
Lord high Chancellor}

It is Ordered by this Court as it hath been already Ordered that
a Surrejoynder of his Maties Justices of the peace of this
County assembled at this present Sessions to a Rejoynder put
in by Thomas Robe< no role > Esqr . a Justice of the peace for the Said
County in the affaire depending before the right honble.
the Lord high Chancellor of Great Britain upon a
Representation made by the Justices of the peace of this
County assembled in Sessions to his Lordship against
the Said Mr. Robe touching the matters in the Same
Representation mentioned be ingrossed in parchment
with a caption or proper title of this present Sessions,
And that Such Surrejoynder with Such caption, after the
Same be ingrossed, be Signed by the Clerk of the peace
of this County, And that the Same be afterwards left
with the Secretary of the Comissions to the Said Lord
Chancellor in order to be laid before his Lordship.
