Abuses aforesaid; Wherein All High Constables petty Constables
and other Officers, are required to be Adding and assisting with their
Utmost Diligence, as they will Answer the Contrary at their peril And it
is further Ordered by this Court, that this Order be forthwith printed
and published in one or more of the publick News papers for the
better Notification thereof

to put in execution the
order of Sessions agt.
Tottenham Court Fair}

Whereas an Order hath been made by this Court for Preventing
the Acting and Exhibiting of Drolls and other Shows, and to prevent
the Exerciseing of Unlawfull Games and plays at or near a place
called Tottenham Court in the Parish of St. Pancras and elsewhere
in the said County by such ways and means as in the said Order
is Specifyed, which said Order is directed to be printed and
Published in one or more of the publick News papers for the
better Notification thereof; Now to the Intent that the said
Order may be put in Execution It is Ordered by this Court that it be
And it is hereby Recomended and referred unto his Majestys
Justices of the peace for this County residing in Holborn
Division and such other Justices of the Peace for the said County
as shall think fit to be present or any three or more of them to
Assemble & meet together, at such time and place as they shall
think fit And to putt the said Order in Execution and proceed
against all Persons Exhibiting Drolls and other, Shows, or
Exerciseing Unlawfull Games or plays or committing any
Offence or Offences Specifyed in the Order above mentioned as
the Law in such case directs, And the high Constable of
Holborn Division and other high Constables are required
to Use such lawfull ways and means as may be Effectual for
preventing the abuses aforesaid,

Upon reading the report Sr. Francis Child< no role > Knt. Nathaniel
Blackerby Charles Bere John Martin< no role > & John Tarver< no role > Esqrs . being a
Quorum of the Committee of his Majestys Justices of the peace of this
County Appointed by an Order made in June Sessions last to Examine
(amongst other things) what Moneys have been raised for the repair of a
Publick Bridge called Brentford Bridge within the Parish of
Hanwell in the same County (which hath been heretofore repaired
and ought to be now repaired by the Inhabitants of this County and
