Whereas some litigious person or persons have upon
application in that behalf made obtained writts of Certiorari
whereby Several Orders and publick Rates therein specifyed
made by his Majesties Justices of the peace for [..] this County
in General Quarter Sessions assembled for raiseing moneys for
repairing a publick Bridge called Brentford Bridge in the
Said County being in great decay for want of repaire, for the
passing & releiving of Vagrants, and for repaire of the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell in this County being also out of
repaire, have been removed into his Maties Court of King's
Bench at Westminster by means whereof the raiseing of
the Said moneys hath been very much obstructed, This Court
doth Order and direct Mr. John Higgs< no role > Attorney at Law
General Treasurer of this County to employ Councel and to
transact and do other necessary matters and things to
defend and Support the Orders & publick Rates aforesaid.

Application being made unto this Court by Henry Finch< no role >
Gent high Constable within the Hundred of Gore in this County
informing this Court that he hath Served the Said Office of
high Constable for near three years, And that he hath
accounted & paid to the Treasurer of this County all the
publick Rates of this County, And the Said Henry Finch< no role > prayed
to be discharged from his said Office of high Constable, This
Court being of opinion to discharge the Said Henry Finch< no role >
from his said Office Doth appoint Richard Page< no role > of the
parish of Harrow within the Said Hundred in this County
Gent to be high Constable within the Same Hundred in the
Stead & place of the Said Henry Finch< no role > , And this Court doth Order
that the Said Richard Page< no role > do forthwith (after notice of this
Order) attend William Dobyns< no role > Joseph Taylor< no role > Thomas
Inwood & Daniel Graham< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the peace for
this County residing within the Hundred aforesaid or
Some other Justice of the peace for the Said County
residing in or near the Said Hundred or any one of them,
And before Such Justices or Justice of the peace, take his
