assembled in Sessions to his Lordship against the Said
Mr. Robe touching the matters in the Same Representation
mentioned, This Court Doth agree to the aforesaid Drat.
of the Said Surrejoynder, And doth Order that the Same
be ingrossed in Parchment with a caption or proper
title of this present Sessions, And that Such Surrejoynder
with Such caption, after the Same be ingrossed, be
Signed by the Clerk of the peace of this County, and that
the Same be afterwards left with the Secretary of the
Comissions to the Said Lord Chancellor in Order to be
laid before his Lordship.

By the Court

To the Right Honoble. Charles Lord Talbot< no role >
Baron of Hensol Lord High Chancellor
of Great Britain.

Surrejoynder of his
Maties Justices of the
peace of Middx to the
Rejoynder of Tho:
Robe Esqr .}

His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
in their General Sessions Assembled having Notice of a
very prolix Rejoynder put in to their Replication in
Support of their Complaint to your Lordship against
Thomas Robe< no role > ESqr. And that the Same was put in on
the tenth day of February Instant, and having caused
a copy of the Same to be read they humbly apprehend
it may be Sufficient to observe upon it That the putting
in the Same being So long after the matter of the Said
Justices Complaint Stood in Your Lordships Paper of
Petitions actually appointed for hearing upon the
Allegations & proofs on both parts, which was on the
twenty first day of January last, Seems to be utterly
irregular & against all due forms of proceedings,
And therefore the Said Justices humbly conceive that
they are not necessitated to take any further or other
Notice thereof or of the matters therein contained,
but they do again aver their Complaint to be true as
they have before aver'd and referr to the proofs
hereof already before your Lordship.
