Your Majestys most Loyal and Dutiful Subjects, the
Justices of the peace
for your County of Middlesex
, in
their General Quarter Sessions assembled, Do with the
utmost Joy and gratitude, lay hold on this occasion,
to present their most humble and thankfull
Congratulations for your Maties most affectionate
and tender concerne for the welfare of Your People,
manifested in the auspitious Marriage of His
Royal Highness the prince of Wales
with his
Illustrious Consort, A Princess descended from
Ancestors distinguished by their early Zeal in the
protestant Cause.
We consider this as an Additional proof of your
Royal and paternal care for the protestant Interest
and which we hope will prove a lasting Barrier to
these Nations, against popery and Arbitrary Power.
Give us leave, Great Sir, to assure Your Majesty, of our
inviolable attachment to Your Royal person and
Family, and that we Shall never be wanting to do
what in us lies, towards making your Reign as easy
and glorious to Your Self, as it is happy and
beneficial to all your Subjects.
