all or most of the parishes Joyn'd in Petitioning for the
Turnpike Act tho the Conduct of Some of them is very
Strange not withstanding the great Ease, The facts as above
related as also the Accots. hereunto annexed your Comittee
believes to be true, all which is Submitted to your
