assistance that the Acts of Parliament may be putt
in execution and the roads not repaired at the Sole
charge of the Travellors which they conceive is
contrary to the intention of the Said Acts of Parliament.
All which they Submitted to the consideration of the
Sessions, This Court upon consideration of the Said
matters Doth Order That it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto John Milner< no role > John

Harvey Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > John Martin< no role > Alexander
Garrett Anthony Chamberlain< no role > Benjamin Burroughs< no role >
Samuel Tatem< no role > Richard Ricards Richard [..]
Farwell and Clifford William< no role > Phillipps Esqrs . Justices of
the peace of this County and Such other Justices of the
peace of the Said County as Shall think fit to be
present or any three or more of them as a Committee
to meet the aforesaid Committee of the Said Trustees at
Hicks hall in St. John Street in this County on Saturday
the twentyeth day of December instant at ten of the
clock in the forenoon and at Such other times as they
Shall appoint, And to inquire and inform themselves by Such ways
& means as Shall be legal how the powers of the
Said Acts have been executed in relation to the
Statute work, what Statute work the parishes are
lyable to do on the Said Roads, and what Statute
work they did thereon before the commencement
of the Said Acts, and what Since, And to make their
Report touching the premisses to the Court of General
Quarter or General Sessions of the peace to be holden
for this County.

Whereas William Bowman< no role > Petty Constable of the
parish of Southmims in this County was by an Order made
at the General Sessions of the peace holden for the Said
County by adjornment in Friday the twenty third day
of May last admitted into the Service of releiving passing
& conveying of Vagrants in & through this County for
this present year (unless the Court of General or Quarter
Sessions of the peace Should hereafter Order to the
contrary) in the place & Stead of William Ellis< no role > late
Petty Constable of the Said parish at the Salary of
thirty pounds which was to be allowed to the Said
