and Such as ought to be allowed, Or if over Charged and how
much And to Certify what in their Opinion is Justly due
to the Petr. for the said Service unto the Court of Generall
Quarter or Generall Sessions of the peace for this County
to the End Such further Order may be made as the Court
in the behalf shall think proper.

Information being given to this Court by Simon Mitchell< no role >
Esqr . one of his Majesties Justices of the peace for this County
That a Judgment being obtained by William Milbourn< no role > in his
Maties Court of Common pleas at Westminster in Michas
Term 1734 against the Inhabitants of the Hundred of
Ossulston in the said County for the Sum of £64:16s:8d
for Damages & Costs Sustained by the said William Milbourn< no role >
by means of a Robbery Comitted upon his Wife within the
said Hundred, And that the said Sum having been levied
upon John White< no role > an Inhabitant of the said Hundred by
Vertue of a [..] writt of fieri facial sued forth upon
the said Judgement, A Rate for Raising money to reim
-burse him was there upon made upon the Severall
Parishes and places within the said Hundred by the
said Simon Michell< no role > & Robert Tothill< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for this County rending
within the said Hundred upon the application of the
said John White< no role > which Rate amounted to £86:0s:5d
of which £85:6s.5d was Collected & the Remaining
14s. Charged on the Liberty of the Tower within and without
the old Artillery Ground & Trinity Minories was un-
-collected, And that out of the said £85.6s.5 there
had been paid to the said John White< no role > the said £64:16s.8d
& to Thomas Boay< no role > Clerk to the said Justices for writing the
said Rate & the warrants to the High Constables & Serving
these Warrants on them & his Extraordinary trouble &
Expences in attending to forward the Collecting the said
Rate £3 So that there Remained £17.9s.9d. which
was in the hands of the Simon Michell ready to be paid
And he praying the Direction of this Court touching his
Disposal thereof. It is Ordered by this Court that the
said Mr. Mitchell be and he is hereby desired to pay
the said Sum of £17:9s:9d remaining in his hands
unto Mr. John Higgs< no role > General Treasurer of his County to
be disposed of in Such Manner as the Court of General
Quarter or Generall Sessions of the peace for this
County shall in that Behalf Order & Direct.
