reading at this present Sessions a Reply made by the
Deputy Lieutenants of the Said County of Middx to the
Said Report Shewing the impossibility of recovering the
aforesaid arreares of the Said Trophy money And
upon debate of the matter and hearing of what was
alledged touching the Same This Court being
Satisfyed that the Said arreares cannot be recovered
Is of opinion And doth Order that the aforesaid
Account of the Said Trophy money be allowed and
the examination thereof certifyed under the
hands & Seales of four or more of his Maties.
Justices of the peace of this County assembled at
this present Sessions, who have examined the
Same.

Committee to meet
on occasion of the
mischeifs which
have happened by
the Selling of Geneva
& other distilled
Spirituous liquors Etc}

It having been Represented unto this Court that
the Number of Retailers of Geneva and other distilled
Spirituous liquors are very much increased, and
that great mischief do arise by Selling the Same by
retail within the weekly Bills of Mortality in this County
It is Ordered by this Court That it be And it is hereby
recommended & referred unto Richard Newton< no role > John
