three or more of them as a Committee to assemble & meet
together And to consider of the Said presentment and if the
matters therein Specified be under the Cognizance &
Jurisdiction of this Court and what allowances are
proper to be made to the Said prisoners And to make their
Report touching the premisses to the Court of General
or Quarter Sessions of the peace for the Said County.

By Adjornmt. on Saturday the 18th. day of October 1735

Order concerning
Brentford Bridge }

Information being given to this Court that Some
repaires are wanting & necessary to be done to a publick
Bridge called Brentford Bridge belonging to this County
for the preservation of the Same, It is Ordered by this
Court that it be And It is hereby recomended and
referred unto Sr. Francis Child< no role > Knt. James Clitherow< no role >
& John Tarver< no role > Esqrs , three of his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County residing in or neare New
Brentford in the Said County or any two of them to
view the Said Bridge, and to take to their assistance
Such able workman or workmen as they Shall
think proper, And to See & take an account in
writing of what repaires are wanting & necessary to
be done to the Said Bridge, And to make an estimate
of what it will cost to repaire the Same, And to make
their Report in writing touching the premisses to the
Court of the next General Sessions of the peace to be
holden for this County, to the End Such further Order may
be made as the Court Shall think proper.

Hundred of Ossulston in this County who hath Served
the Office of high Constable of the Said Division for the
Space of four years & upwards be and he is hereby
discharged from his Said Office of high Constable,
And this Court doth appoint Philip Cholmondley< no role >
