of the parish of St. Andrew Holborn within Holborne
Division aforesaid in the Said Hundred of Ossulston in
the County aforesaid Gent to be High Constable of the
Same Division in the place & Stead of the Said
Alexander Clarke< no role > , And this Court doth Order that the
Said Philip Cholmondley< no role > do forthwith attend this
Court and take his Oath for his due execution of the
Office of high Constable of Holborne Division
aforesaid.

By Adjornmt. on Saturday the 18th. day of Oct 1735

publick money as
Shall appear to be
remaining in his hands}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended. & referred unto the Committee of his
Maties Justices of the peace of this County appointed
to take the accounts of the Treasurers of the Said
County to find out and take & make use of Such
proper methods, ways & means, as Shall be legal
for the receiving & recovering all Such publick
moneys belonging to this County as Shall [..]
appeare to have been reced by Mr. Alexander
Clarke
< no role > late high Constable of Holborn Division
within the Hundred of Ossulston in the Said
County and to be remaining in his hands.

consideration of two
letters from Mr. Emlyn

late Chairman of the
Court}

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideration of
two Letters from one Mr. Emlyn< no role > a Barrister at
Law to Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . late Chairman of the
Court be and the Same is hereby adjourned to
the County day of the next General Session of
the peace to be holden for this County.
