Secure the Same against rain, wind & weather in the ensueing
winter and untill the Said Committee Shall be ready with their
Report touching the matters to them referred by the Said Order,
It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended & referred unto the Said Committee to give Such
Speedy directions for doeing Such repaires as they Shall think
proper for Secureing the Said House of Correction against rain,
wind & weather as aforesaid, the expence whereof is to be
borne at the charge of this County.

By Adjornmt. on Thursday the 12th. day of Sept 1734

him to dine at Hicks hall
on the County day of the
next Quarter Sessions, and
to produce his account of
the moneys by him reced
as Treasurer of the Bridge
money and of his
disbursements}

His Maties Justices of the peace for this County assembled at
this present General Sessions of the peace now holden by
adjornment for the Said County Doe Order & direct that a
Letter be written by the Clerk of the peace unto Henry Barker< no role >
Esqr . one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County to
acquaint him that the Said Justices desire he would please to
dine with them at Hicks Hall on the County day of the next
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for the Said County
being the Seventeenth day of October next at one of the
clock in the afternoon, And after dinner to produce before
them your account of all the moneys by you reced as
Treasurer of the Bridge money by vertue of the Rate
made for raiseing of moneys for repaire of the publick
Bridges of this County, and of your disbursements out of
the Same.

In pursuance of an Order made by his Maties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx assembled al the General
Sessions of the peace holden for the Said County by adjornment
on Thursday the twelfth day of September instant, I write
this to acquaint you that the Said Justices desire you will
please to dine with them at Hicks Hall on the County day
of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace for the
Said County being the Seventeenth day of October next at
one of the clock in the afternoon, And after dinner to
produce before them your account of all the moneys by
you received as Treasurer of the Bridge money by vertue
of the Rate made for raiseing of moneys for repaire of
the publick Bridges of this County, and of yor. disbursements
out of the Same, I am
