Order for appointing

high Constable of Kensington
Division within the
Hundred of Ossulston in the
Stead & place of Wm. Lonsdale< no role >
Gent}

At the request of William Lonsdale< no role > Gent who has Served the
Office of High Constable of Kensington Division within the
Hundred of Ossulston in this County for Six years & upwards
It is Ordered by this Court that the Said William Lonsdale< no role > be &
he is hereby excused & discharged from the Said Office of High
Constable And this Court doth appoint Joseph Wedgborough
of Kensington within the Said Division and Hundred in the
Said County Gent to be High Constable of the Said Division
of Kensington in the Stead & place of the Said William
Lonsdale, And doth Order that the Said Joseph Wedgborough< no role >
doe imediately (after notice of this Order) attend Henry
Barker Henry Vincent< no role > Charles Bere< no role > William Miller< no role > Alured
Popple Esqrs . Justices of the peace for this County inhabiting
within the Said Division or one of them or Some other
Justice of the peace for this County resideing in or near
the Said Division & before Such Justices or Justice of the peace
take his Oath for his due Execution of the Office of High
Constable for the Division of Kensington aforesaid.

It is Ordered by this Court that the proper Officer belonging to or
officiateing in this Court, Do for the future, when any Bill of
Indictment is found against any person or persons for felony or
other capital offence, Send down with Such Bill to the Court of
Goal Delivery to be holden for this County at Justice Hall in the
Old Baily the Recognizance or Recognizances wherein any
person or persons Stand bound to prosecute and give evidence
against the person or persons-charged as Offenders in the
Said Indictment, And that this be a Standing Order of this Court.
