comprized in and agreed to be repaired by the said
Articles dated the twenty first day of April One Thousand
Seven hundred and thirty with all & all manner of
needfull and necessary reparacons and amendments
when and as often as necessity shall be dureing the
terme of twenty five Years to comence from the twenty
fifth day of March One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty one and leave the same in good and Substantiall
repair at the end of the said terme, And alsoe in
consideracon that the said John Mist< no role > shall duely Seale
and execute a Contract or Agreement for that purpose
with the like or Subject to the same provisos covenants &
agreements as are contained in the said former Articles
This Court doth Order that Samuel Weaver< no role > present
Collector, or the Collector for the time being, of the
moneys ariseing by the Toll for the HayeMarket shall
thereout yearly and every year dureing the said terme
of twenty five years to be computed from the twenty
fifth day of March One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty one well and truely pay on cause to be paid unto
the said John Mist< no role > his Executors or Administrators on the
Feast days of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist , St.
Michael the Archangel, the Nativity of our Lord Christ
and the Annunciacon of the blessed Virgin Mary not
only the yearly Sume of seventy four pounds payable
by Vertue of the said Articles and an Order of Court made
in Easter Sessions one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty and the yearly Sume of Six pounds also payable
by vertue of an Order of Court made in Midsummer
Sessions One thousand Seven hundred and thirty, but
also all the Surplus of the moneys yearly ariseing by
the Toll aforesaid (over and above those yearly Sumes
and the Sume of four Shillings in the pound allowed to
the Collector for his trouble and paines in collecting the
said Toll money, and other incident charges) And the
receipt or receipts of the said John Mist< no role > his Executors
or Administrators shall be Sufficient discharge or
discharges to the said Samuel Weaver< no role > and to the
Collector or Collectors for the time being for such his
on their respective payments Provided nevertheless
