that if in any year or years dureing the said terme of
twenty five years the said yearly Sumes of Seventy four
pounds and Six pounds together with the aforesaid yearly
Surplus of the said Toll Shall (after a deduccon of the said
four Shillings in the pound for collection and other
incident charges) amount to more than one hundred
pounds P Ann Then the said John Mist< no role > his Executors or
Administrators shall at the end of the said terme of
twenty five years account to the Justices of the peace of
this County and the City & Liberty of Westmr. for what
money he or they shall have so received out of the said
Toll over and above the said One hundred pounds P
Ann as aforesaid, and pay the same as the said Justices
of the peace shall by their Order in Sessions in that
behalf direct and appoint, And this Court doth declare
that if the said Toll shall not produce one hundred
pounds P Ann (over and above the said four Shillings
in the pound for collection and other incident charges
Then the Justices of the peace of this County & City and
Liberty of Westmr . will join in an applicacon to parliament
(Soe as they be not put to any expence in Soe doing) for
power to levy yearly what shall be deficient of one
hundred pounds P Ann by a Rate on all the Inhabitants
of the said HayeMarket who shall have benefit by the
Toll thereof.

Whereas an accon at Law was comenced by Thomas Robe< no role > &
John Matthew< no role > Esqrs . Clerk of the Market of his Maties Household
against Richard Norwood< no role > high Constable within the Hundred of
Elthorne in this County to by whether the said Clerk of the
Market had any Jurisdiccon out of the Kings palace and the
precincts thereof comonly called the little Virgo, And whether he
was intituled to any fee or fees for viewing & examining of
weights & measures, which accon was tryed upon a feigned
Issue at the Sitting after Michas Terme last in Middx before
the right honble. the Lord theif Justice of his Maties Court of
Kings Bench, And it haveing been directed that the said accon
should be defended at the charge of this County. and noe
money being to be had for defence of the said Suit from
William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . the then General Treasurer of the
said County It appeareth to this Court that the Sume of
