It is Ordered by this Court that William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . Treasurer of the
moneys raised in this County for the passing & releiving of Vagrants
due forthwith (after his receiving from Richard Norwood< no role > Gent High
Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne in this County the moneys
assessed for the purpose aforesaid upon the respective parishes and
places within his District) pay unto Richard Matthews< no role > late
Constable of Uxbridge in the Said County for the year one thousand
Seven hundred and twenty three the Sume of five pounds & Seven
Shillings, in Satisfaccon of the monys allowed him for his trouble
and expences in passing and releiving of Vagrants, And that the
receipt of the said Richard Matthews< no role > together with this Order Shall
be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Cotesworth for Such payment

Constable of Uxbridge in the Said Countty for the year one thousand
Seven hundred and twenty eight the Sume of Six pounds two
Shillings and Six pence, in Satisfacon of the moneys allowed him
for his trouble and expences in passing and releiving of Vagrants,
And that the receipt of the Said Owen Jones< no role > together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Mr. Cotesworth for such
payment,

Said office of high Constable for the Space of three years or upward
be and he is hereby discharged from his said Office of High Constable,
And this Court doth appoint Thomas Cogdell< no role > of the parish of
Stanmore Magna within the Said Hundred in this County
Gent to be high Constable within the Said Hundred of Gore in
the room and place of the Said Richard Wilson< no role > , and this Court doth
Order that the Said Thomas Cogdell< no role > doe forthwith (after notice hereof)
attend William Dobyns< no role > Esqr . or Some other of his Majesties Justices
of the peace of this County residing in or neare the Said
