Service above menconed, It is Ordered by this Court that it be
and It is hereby recomended and referred unto his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County resideing in the said
Division or any two or more of them to Sumon before them
the high Constable of Kensington Division aforesaid and also
the Churchwardens Overseers of the poor and petty Constables
of the Said Several parishes and places, and to inquire and
examine what progress hath been made for or towards
raiseing of the moneys assessed upon their Said respective
parishes & places as aforesaid, And to give proper direccons
and see that the said moneys be forthwith raised & paid to
the said William Lonsdale< no role > and that he pay over the same to
the said Treasurer to enable him to Satisfy and pay the
moneys due to the Constables for the service above menconed,
and to report an account of their proceedings to the Court on
the County day of the next Quarter Sessions of the peace
for this County.
