The prison belonging to
the Royalty of the Tower
of London in the County
of Middx } Ss:

A Table of Fees to be taken by the Goaler or Keeper of the prison
belonging to the Royalty of the Tower of London in the County of
Middx For any prisoner or prisoner's comittment or comeing
into Goal or Chamber Rent there or discharge from thence in
any Civil Accon, Settled & Established the twenty Second day of
December Anno Dm 1729 And in the third Year of the Reigne of
his Majesty< no role > King George the Second pursuant to a late Act of
parliament Intituled An Act for the releif of Debtors with
respect to the imprisonment of their persons (vizt.)

To the Keeper of the said prison upon the discharge of every
prisoner comitted in any civil Action or Actions by Virtue
of any process or Execution Issueing out of any of his Maties.

To the Keeper of the said prison upon the discharge of every
prisoner committed in any Civil Action or Actions by Virtue
of any process or Execucon Issueing out of the Court of Record
belonging to the Royalty of the Tower of London} £0..7s..8d

To the Keeper for the use of a Chamber, Bed, Bedding & Sheets
for each prisoner that Chooseth to goe on the Master's Side if
provided by the Goaler at the prisoner's request For the first
Night} £0..0s..6d

For every Night after the first Night£0..0s..3d

If two in a Bed two pence each£0..0s..4d

Noe Fee to be taken for the use of a Chamber bed bedding or
Sheets on the Comon Side, Nor any other Fee for the use of a
Chamber Bed Bedding or Sheets on the Master's Side or upon
the Committment or discharge of any prisoner in any Civil
Action or Actions than what is above menconed
