Servant But notwithstanding is very Sorry he must
[..] be so bold to tell this Court that from the Continual
Charges of Maintaining the poor the peticoner must
Ruine himself and familey or be Obliged to Resign
It was therefore prayed by the peticoner that this
Court will be pleased to take his unhappy case into
consideracon and to allow him such Support as to this
Court shall Seem meet, whereupon It is Ordered by
this Court that it be and it is hereby recomended

appoint, And to Examine into the truth of the matters
contained in the said peticon, And to consider of the
same, and to Report their opinions in writeing
touching the premisses unto the Court of Generall or
Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County,
